10. Termination

10.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10.2 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@clytharosjourney.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Any virtual currency in your account will be forfeited, as it has no monetary value.

11. Governing Law

11.1 New Zealand Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Gambling Act 2003 Compliance

The Platform operates in full compliance with the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003. As a social casino offering entertainment only with virtual currency that has no monetary value, the Platform does not constitute gambling under New Zealand law.

11.3 Jurisdiction
